These packs are royalty free?

100% Royalty free! Don't worry about that. You can use it commercially if you wish.
In which DAW can I use the samples?

Fl Studio, Ableton Live, Cubase, Studio One, and a large etc... You can use the sample in every DAW which accept .wav audio format (the majority)
What Xfer Serum version I need for the presets?

The last one. In the creation of the preset packs, the most recent serum version is always being used.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you make a refund?

Atomic Sounds is limited to the refund policy, since the possibility of an audio preview is granted, in addition to other examples that include the package to show customers what they are buying. Once the download is done, it will be taken as a satisfied purchase by the client.
How do I receive my purchase?
